The councilman councilman of Culture, Isabel Garcia and members of the Cultural Association 'La Jara - José López Serres' SanBartolomé Salvador and Carlos Lopez, today presented the painting contest outdoor 'Corners Puerto Lumbreras' held this year in its fifteenth edition.

The painting competition to be held on Sunday October 5, will be open to all artists wishing to participate provided they are resident in the country and know his works capture the most beautiful, unknown or anecdotal municipality whose theme is focuses on the 'corner of Puerto Lumbreras. "

The technique will be of free choice and the registration and sealing of the paintings will begin on the Sunday from 8:00 am to 21:30, estimated time of award.

The jury will be chaired by the mayor of Puerto Lumbreras, Pedro Antonio Sánchez well qualified and recognized in the art world of the municipality, no direct relationship with the candidates nominated by the organizing committee for organizing the Cultural Association.

At 21:00 pm on Sunday, the exhibition opens to the public and shall be signed by the authors of the works submitted and the reading of the Minutes of the Jury and awards.

Later the works will be shown at the Cultural Centre from 5 to 26 October.
