We present the cookbook "Eating at the Port", 50 recipes in the Fiftieth Anniversary (28/12/2008)

The Mayor of Puerto Lumbreras and Regional Representative, Pedro Antonio Sanchez and Councilwoman Equal Opportunity, Lina Gázquez presented on the evening of yesterday, "Eating in the Port", a work of writer Isabel Navarro lumbrerense, which collects 50 recipes 50 women lumbrerenses.

The publication of this book is framed on the fiftieth anniversary commemoration of the Independence of the municipality.

"Dining at the Port" is a play that was edited from the Municipality of Puerto Lumbreras, where he collected 50 recipes from 50 women lumbrerenses which gathers the culinary tradition of Puerto Lumbreras in these 50 years of independence.

The work was presented yesterday by the journalist Eduardo Carrasco, before more than 400 people are prefaced by the journalist Ismael Galiana and features illustrations by artist lumbrerense Teresa Navarro.

Following the presentation of the book the journalist Ismael Galiana offered to present a lecture on "Our Food".

The presentation of this book is part of the celebration of the fiftieth anniversary of Puerto Lumbreras, but also a tribute to all women who have sidog lumbrerenses great architects of the development of Puerto Lumbreras, driving from the area of each site.

Born in Puerto Lumbreras in 1953.

He studied Pedagogy in Teaching and Murcia.

Working as a teacher and get a degree in Romance Philology from the University of Murcia.

In recent years he has worked in radio programs "The things of the Port" and "The Bridge" with his son Adrian Buenaventura journalist.

It also has participated in various publications with some of his writings.

This is her first book, which collects in the form of recipes culinary tradition represented by fifty women of Puerto Lumbreras.
