Maria Soledad Romero Sanchez, a Ph.D. in Hispanic Studies and Professor of Spanish Language and Literature Secondary Education.

Among other works, the author has prepared studies on the narrative of Jacinto Octavio Picon and literature has addressed the critical editions Murcia poets like Llamas and Jose Vicente Ruiz Martínez Olivares.

He has also prefaced many works on themes and characters related to the history of Puerto Lumbreras, "Lumbrerenses from another era" (1977), "The Frasquitón trove" (1989), "historical and informative guide to Puerto Lumbreras" (1994), "The enigma of Pedrín" (1994), "The flood of October 19 (1998)," José Antonio López: Considerations about his life and his art "(2004) and Notes on the history of Puerto Lumbreras (2007) . It is also the author of numerous educational and literary topics.
