The Socialist Party general secretary, Pedro Saura, keep tomorrow Friday, January 9, 2009, a meeting with President of the Confederation of Employers of Puerto Lumbreras (ASEPLU), Francisco Sosa, as well as other members of its board, in the next round of talks held in recent weeks with various social and economic actors in the Region of Murcia.
During the meeting, which will take place at ASEPLU official in Puerto Lumbreras (Avda Astudillo, 75 Bajo B), the Socialist leader know first hand the analysis that this professional organization on the status of the business in Puerto Lumbreras, in particular water needs and industrial land, and support of commercial areas in the center of town, parking in the town, support for small and medium trade against the proliferation of superstores affecting not only the municipality but the entire region.
The meeting will also address measures implemented by the Government of Spain to promote the employment and boost the economy, particularly the Local Investment Fund.
Also, Saura presented to business leaders proposed that the Socialist Party of the Region of Murcia (PSRM-PSOE) has developed to address the economic crisis with concrete measures for citizens, families and businesses.
At Tuesday's meeting, in addition to Pedro Saura, the Socialist Party delegation would comprise, among others, general secretary of the Socialist Group in Puerto Lumbreras, José Cerrillo, and the deputy secretary general, Juan Valero.
