The City Council of Puerto Lumbreras has launched the course 'Promoting employment and enterprise development agencies from the local' which was attended by more than twenty students from different municipalities of the Region of Murcia and staff of the Centre for Local Development Puerto Lumbreras.

The City Council of Puerto Lumbreras, through the Local Development Centre, has offered a course during the first fortnight of May for the promotion of employment and businesses from local development agencies.

Councilman Business, Employment and Development, Ginés David Piñero, inaugurated the training program for the training of local development agents.

"It is very important from local development agencies will promote all activities that promote business development and facilitating the employment of citizens.

For the Municipality of Puerto Lumbreras this activity is one of the primary objectives and therefore from our Local Development Centre have launched these training sessions that include staff training, "said Councilman Business, Employment and Development.

The course includes content related to public administration and its tools and techniques necessary for the exercise of the functions of Local Development Agents, job creation at the local level, within the competence of local authorities in promoting employment, or the rural dimension of local development.

"Through these training sessions, we hope that the professionals of CLD in our municipality providing the best support to businesses, entrepreneurs and citizens in general in terms of training and business development," added David Ginés Piñero.

The CLD of Puerto Lumbreras offer many services for training and integration into the world of work.

In addition, the center encourages the promotion of entrepreneurial culture in the town and offers employment assistance including job market, offers in this area and manages European projects and grants.
