The City Council of Puerto Lumbreras has started construction of the access to the new Sacred Heart Public School who have an investment of 556,578 euros.
Through these actions, build sidewalks, new roads and parking lots at school in the municipality.
According to Councilman Works and Environment, Eliseo Sanchez, "access to the new center will cover the needs of more than 450 students will host college.
With these actions will create new sidewalks and roads to facilitate access, and also build an outdoor parking area serving both teachers and the relatives of the students. "
Besides the construction of sidewalks and new roads, the works include the inclusion of infrastructure for water sanitation, the installation of a rainwater collection system and telecommunications networks and a transformer to provide power quality at school.
On the other hand, among the works covered by the exterior of the school, was the installation of street lighting and the placement of street furniture such as planters or benches.
The new public facility, which will be completed next year, will feature more than 3,900 square meters, will have a capacity for 450 students, and its development has a budget of close to 5 million euros.
The center will have 7 classrooms of kindergarten, 12 elementary school classrooms, canteen and kitchen, gymnasium, library and laboratories, and two sports courts, one indoor, 800 square meters.
Next to the school also is building a nursery to accommodate over 100 children from 0 to 3 years.
This center includes 6 classrooms, canteen and playground games for kids.
