In the complaint lodged by Council Municipal Socialist Group of the City of Puerto Lumbreras in Court No 4 of Administrative de Murcia, No. 80/2009, for violation of right to information of those councilors, Case, No. 570 of October 20, 2009 of the Court, gives reason to the council of the PSOE, while rejecting the appeal by the City Council calling for the annulment of the claim.

That ruling annulled the full City Council meeting held on January 26, 2009 and the decisions it adopted, as important as to account for the settlement of the budget of 2007, approval of various amendments to the General Urban Plan of Puerto Lumbreras, views on the Hydrological Plan of the Segura Basin and evacuation plans and use of Storm.

All this for refusing to council members of the PSOE, the mayor and the Council's general secretary, access and copying of the information necessary for the conclusion of the plenary, inter alia, resolutions and decrees and minutes Hall Local Government Boards, which are being hidden by the Mayor of PP from the beginning of his term in June 2003 repeatedly.

This lack of transparency and information hiding, intentionally prevents members of the opposition control and supervise the mayor and municipal governing bodies of the Popular Party, making it impossible to carry out their work in opposition and what is More importantly, their ability to inform the citizens of Puerto Lumbreras of the decisions taken by the PP government team.

This ruling confirms more than reasonable suspicion of the PSOE in Puerto Lumbreras, form of government of the PP mayor, Pedro Antonio Sánchez, based on concealment, deceit, arrogance and the use of human and material resources of our City for personal aggrandizement in his political career, if necessary trampling fundamental rights of the Opposition Councillors, and Citizens of Puerto Lumbreras.

The PSOE will continue to require transparency and clear information on all municipal actions, against obscurantism, obstruction and concealment of information to citizens that is being continued by the Mayor of PP and his government team.
