The City Council and the Community put in place a new street cleaning plan under the motto "Puerto Lumbreras cares' (11/02/2010)

The Mayor, Pedro Antonio Sánchez, and the general director of Planning, Evaluation and Environmental Control, Francisco Espejo, have announced a new campaign that aims to Puerto Lumbreras "the challenge of sustainability and increase street cleaning."

The new plan increases human resources, activities and the infrastructure for street cleaning and waste collection.

The town has two new Ecoparks, one fixed and one mobile, three new garbage collection trucks side, two sweepers for street cleaning and 513 new containers for separate waste collection.

The City Council of Puerto Lumbreras, in collaboration with the Regional Government has launched a new street cleaning plan that increases the infrastructure, activities and facilities for waste collection and street cleaning of the municipality.

The Mayor, Pedro Antonio Sánchez, accompanied by the Director General of Planning, Evaluation and Environmental Control, Francisco Espejo, this morning the activities and infrastructure that includes the new street cleaning plan is presented under the motto "Puerto Lumbreras cares '.

"The new street cleaning plan was established as a strong investment in human and material resources with which seamlessly assume the challenge of sustainability and improved street cleaning throughout the municipality.

Fixed and Mobile EcoPark EcoPark

The mobile EcoPark is located on Fridays 8.00 to 13.00 in the weekly market in the afternoon, from 15.00 to 18.00 in the Park Buenaventura.

Finally, citizens who wish to can deposit their waste on Sunday in the weekly market in the Esparragal, 9.00 to 14.00.

Training campaign "Puerto Lumbreras cares'
