The municipality of Puerto Lumbreras, through the Local Development Centre, has applied for participation in the European project 'Let's create your own small business' to start training programs in the field of hospitality and business exchanges with countries Europe to streamline this sector in the municipality.
According to the Councillor for Employment and Social Policy, Maria Ageles Tunisia, "with participation in this European project we aim to create a working partnership with other municipalities in countries such as France, Italy and Turkey, to discuss the catering sector, to implement training programs, and promote European exchanges to create new businesses. "
Specifically, the project envisages the creation of the Grundtvig Partnership, composed of municipalities and associations of France, Italy and Turkey.
Through this grouping, the European project will promote training programs related to the implementation of hotel and catering businesses.
In addition, the European project will train citizens to start businesses related to the implementation of hotels and restaurants.
In this sense, the Councillor for Employment and Social Policy, M ª Angeles Tunisia, explained that "the project incorporates a block of joint research between the participating countries to make optimal business in this area, and also enable options business in each municipality. "
Finally, the project aims to promote entrepreneurship, improve communication among participants in foreign languages and to develop skills of participants in the Information Technology and Communication, and reinforce creativity and innovation of entrepreneurs participants.
